Can I return my bags?
We do our best to ensure our bags are of the best quality, but from time to time we might miss some defects. If we send you a wrong order by mistake, or if your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a full refund.
If you purchased your product from our online store:
Take photographs of the defect, the front and back of the product and the inside lining. Please submit the photos and acceptable proof of purchase through our online form, with the word 'warranty' in the subject line.
If you purchased your product from an authorized retailer:
Take photographs of the defect, the front and back of the product and the inside lining. Please submit the photos and acceptable proof of purchase through our online form, with the word 'warranty' in the subject line. The replacement process may vary depending on where your authorized retailer is located. We will let you know how to proceed.
Due to seasonality of some products we cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase the exact same item that is the subject of your warranty claim.
Can I exchange my bag?
If you would like to exchange a product purchased from our online store, please fill out our contact form. Type "Exchange" as your subject line and be sure to include your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the item you would like to exchange it for.
We will happily help you process an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be returned to us unused with original hand tags and packaging intact. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of YLX Group.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Once our warehouse has received and processed the return, we will place your order for the new item. If the cost of the new item exceeds the value of the original item, we will ask you to process the balance payment. If the cost of the new item is less than the value of the original item, we will refund the balance on your original method of payment.
*Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of the products.
This exchange policy only applies to purchases from our online store. If you are looking to exchange a YLX Gear product purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
