When will I be charged for my order?

A pre-authorization is placed on your card when you submit an order but the payment will only be processed when the order has been shipped.

Can I still cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

No, we start processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure they ship out as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed we are unable to alter or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!

I notice some of my details are incorrect on my order summary, can I change them at this time?

If you have made any mistake in your order information, please drop us a message as soon as possible and we will do everything in our power to assist you!

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation? Did my order go through?

If the payment was successful, you should have automatically received an order confirmation. Please check your spam folder to see if it ended up there!

We currently offer flat rate standard shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.

How can I track my order?

You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your order’s tracking information when it ships out. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email.
If you don't receive the confirmation email within 3 working days, please drop us a message and we'll do our best to assist you

I just placed my order, when will it ship?

Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-5 business days. Please allow 1 business day for processing.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. YLX GEAR cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?

We are not able to update or upgrade the shipping method chosen after an order has been placed. If you have any concerns about your order, please fill out our contact form and provide your order number for reference. We will do our best to assist you with any concerns you have.

My tracking information says delivered, but I have not received my order. What should I do?

Please check with your surrounding neighbors and/or landlord to ensure your order was not mistakenly picked up. If you are still unable to locate your shipment, please reach out to us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.

Warranty & Returns

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our bags and accessories with a 2 years warranty, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized YLX GEAR retailer, and subject to applicable laws. Our guarantee that every YLX GEAR item is free of material and manufacturing defects.

How can I file a warranty claim?

If you purchased your product from our online store:
Take photographs of the defect, the front and back of the product and the inside lining. Please submit the photos and acceptable proof of purchase through our online form, with the word 'warranty' in the subject line.
If the defect falls within our warranty policy, we will issue you a single-use coupon code to use on our online store, for the monetary value of the defective item you purchased.

If you purchased your product from an authorized retailer:
Take photographs of the defect, the front and back of the product and the inside lining. Please submit the photos and acceptable proof of purchase through our online form, with the word 'warranty' in the subject line.
The replacement process may vary depending on where your authorized retailer is located. We will let you know how to proceed.

Due to seasonality of some products we cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase the exact same item that is the subject of your warranty claim.

Can you repair my item?

We do not currently have any repair facility available. However, if you do not wish to continue with a full warranty claim and you decide to have the item repaired by a third party at your own expense, YLX GEAR will not accept responsibility for the cost of the repair.


What is the Affiliate Program? How does it work?

An Affiliate Program is a revenue sharing program where the affiliate drives traffic to a merchant's web site in exchange for referral commissions. When a user clicks on the affiliate link to the merchant’s website and completes a purchase, he (she) gets a commission!

How do I get started?

Step 1. Sign up for the program.
Step 2. Accept the Terms & conditions. Once your application is approved, you will get access to the banners, coupon codes and text links that you can place on your website.
Step 3. Start collecting your commissions!

How much the participation cost?

The membership of our Affiliate Program is absolutely free. As an active participant, you just need to keep linking and collect your commissions.

Who can participate in the Affiliate Program?

Anyone! It doesn’t matter whether you run a large ecommerce website or a small blog, you are welcome to join our program.

How are sales tracked?

Once your membership is approved, you will be provided with banners, text links and other marketing materials that you can promote on your website. When users click on one of the links you placed, they will be directed to our site and their activity will be tracked by our affiliate program.

How much can I earn?

All affiliates can get a commission from each purchase made by their referrals. The amount you can make depends on how many of your referrals will make a purchase.
We pay commissions upon your withdrawal request and when the commission balance is sufficient.
